Hi, I’m Jeremy.
My specialty is helping people to overcome the physical symptoms of performance anxiety so that their expertise and presence make a strong impact on their audience. When many of us experience stage fright, our bodies tense up. That tension becomes a self-reinforcing obstacle that makes speaking with confidence difficult. I use body-based techniques to short-circuit your tension so that you can let your gifts and abilities shine through.
My background as a classically trained actor and musician performing in Chicago for over a decade, combined with my certification in The Alexander Technique (a method that teaches people to self-release tension in their bodies) give me a unique perspective on how to unlock new levels in your ability to present yourself.
My clients come from a wide range of professional backgrounds including:
A Former World Silver Medalist Figure Skater
Anima Singers, a Grammy Award-Winning Choir
Multiple Joseph Jefferson Award-Winning Actors
Over 100 Chicago-based Performers
