Policies

By entering into a coaching, speaking, or workshop agreement, you acknowledge our policies as noted below.

 For workshops, conference appearances, or coaching:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50%  is required to hold date(s) and in order for work and preparation to begin. 

  • Forms of Payment Accepted: Credit cards, Zelle, and ACH transfer.

  • Workshops and speaking engagements: Cancellation for any in-person or online booking is required 30 calendar days prior to event. If event is cancelled within 30 calendar days, client is subject to full fee and will be invoiced.

  • Coaching Clients: Cancellation for individual coaching sessions is required 24 hours in advance. Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited; refunds are not available for forfeited sessions.

  • All coaching dates must be completed within 60 calendar days of intake call. See your coaching agreement for end date of coaching package. Missed sessions will be forfeited.

  • Balance of coaching or speaker fee is due upon completion of program, workshop, or event.

  • For speaking events and workshops: If event or any portion of Marianna's appearance is recorded and to be saved and/or distributed for future use, a usage fee of $3,500 will apply to final invoice. 

Confidentiality and Recorded Material:

  • Any and all information shared with Marianna Swallow and her team will remain confidential. The only exception would be any mention of impending harm.

  • Any recordings of individuals/clients made during coaching or workshops will remain confidential and/or be returned to client(s) immediately. Marianna retains no individual recordings following training or coaching contract.

  • See above for policy on recording educational events.

Travel:

  • For any on-site work within 10 miles of zip code 60640, the client will not incur travel fees. Work beyond this parameter: client will incur and/or reimburse for travel fees, hotel stays (if required), and meals.

  • If any tolls are incurred within any distance, tolls must be reimbursed by the client.

  • Travel greater than 10 miles from zip code 60640 will be billed to or costs incurred by the client.

  • Air travel: Any booking requiring air travel greater than four hours must provide business class for air travel.
