Whenever I hear what clients need help with, I immediately tell myself to blog about it and…I get busy. Here, I’m sharing what clients need help with so you know what I can help you with! A few things clients needed help with this week were Zoom, presenting over Zoom, and connecting with the audience.

With all this time we’ve had to ramp up on Zoom, understand all of its ins and outs (ahem, it’s not that difficult …) there is still one comment I am hearing regularly in my Zoom rooms: “You’re the only teacher I have who makes class interactive.”

A friend received an urgent email from her employer that said: “No kids in the background on Zoom calls!” To which I say: Um, yeah, big fat NO. This is life, people. If you expect people to work from home during a pandemic, you must cut them some slack. Or a lot of slack.
